I. Order Cancellation Policy
Custom sharpened swords require a relatively long production cycle. To maximize the protection of your rights and interests, the order cancellation rules are as follows:

Custom orders without personalized engraving: You may apply to cancel the order for free at any time before the order is officially shipped (i.e., before the logistics tracking number is generated and uploaded). After cancellation, we will fully refund all the funds you have paid without any handling fees.

Custom orders with personalized engraving: Personalized engraving is the final step in the customization process. Once we send you an “Engraving Completion Notification Email”, the order cannot be canceled. If you apply for cancellation before the engraving is completed, you can enjoy the free cancellation service and get a full refund of the paid amount.
II. Return Policy
Custom Swords are unique and cannot be resold; therefore, we generally do not offer any form of return service. However, we understand that your needs may evolve over time. As such, we are pleased to offer First-Order Dissatisfaction Return Service, designed to give you peace of mind when placing your first order while fully accommodating any changes in requirements arising from unforeseen circumstances.
- First-order return: For your first custom order (based on the account order record), if you are not satisfied with the product after it is shipped, you may apply for a return (excluding custom products with personalized engraving, which do not support any form of return).
- Return conditions: To apply for a return, the product must meet all the following requirements; otherwise, the application will not be accepted: ① The product has not been used; ② The product and all accessories (including scabbard, maintenance tools, instruction manual, etc.) are intact and undamaged; ③ The original packaging of the product is retained, with no damage or stains, and meets the standards for secondary sale.
- Return time limit: You must submit a return application and ship the product back via logistics within 15 natural days from the date you receive the product. No return applications will be accepted after the deadline.
III. Return Shipping Fee Instructions
The rules for bearing return shipping fees are divided according to the reason for return, as follows:
- Product quality issues: If the return is due to inherent quality problems of the product (clear photos and relevant proof are required), we will bear the full return shipping fee. You may advance the shipping fee first, and after the return is successful and verified by us, the shipping fee will be refunded to your original payment method along with the refund.
- Non-quality issues: If the return is not due to product quality problems (such as dissatisfaction with personal aesthetics, deviation in size perception, etc.), you shall bear the return shipping fee yourself. In addition, if the product is damaged or lost during the return process, you shall bear the relevant losses.
IV. Refund Instructions
Receipt and inspection: After we receive the returned product, we will complete the product inspection within 3-5 business days. After the inspection, we will inform you of the receipt status via your reserved email, along with the refund review result (approval or rejection and the specific reason for rejection).
- Refund process: Once the refund is approved, we will immediately initiate the refund process. The funds will be automatically returned to the original payment method you used when placing the order within 7-15 business days.
- Refund amount: For approved refunds, the full amount of the product you paid will be refunded (excluding the return shipping fee incurred due to non-quality issues).
V. Other Instructions
1. Custom sharpened swords are special handicrafts that require a long production cycle (the specific cycle is subject to the indication on the order details page). Please carefully confirm the custom parameters (size, material, engraving content, etc.) before placing the order to avoid cancellation or return due to incorrect parameter confirmation.
